We want to get to know you better as a traveler, and discuss details such as your travel preferences, budget, why you want to travel and what you want to experience during your trip. The more details you share with us about what is important to you and your past experiences, the better we can tailor your travel to suit your needs. We will also discuss how we will work together moving forward and review MDM Escapes’ design fees.

This is when MDM Escapes gets to work and starts brainstorming itinerary ideas for hotels, tours and activities that fit your request. We perform extensive research and draw upon our extensive network of luxury travel contacts to find the best options for you. We will design a customized itinerary taking advantage of perks and experiences you simply cannot find online. During this phase, you can be as involved or hands off as you’d like.

Once the itinerary has been perfected and finalized, we will start working on bookings and securing reservations. We will be working behind the scenes with our partners to secure perks like special requests, upgrades and amenities. We will remain engaged with you and join you in the anticipation of your upcoming trip!
